If you are unhappy with Smarthd or you have an issue with services that we are unable to resolve, we will provide you 100% refund.

You may contact to our customer support or you can request via live chat for raising a refund request.

Conditions for refund

If there is any technical fault in our service we can not refund before resolving the fault. If are unable to solve the problem we will accept your refund request.

You are eligible to take full refund within three days of purchase after that you will receive partial refund according to used period of the subscription.

Most of the time, these issues are caused by below reasons:

  1. Customer internet fluctuations.
  2. Issue with the box/apps/customer setup in general.
  3. Your ISP has an issue.
  4. Channel is down from server end.
  5. Server update/restart from our end (weekly performance is necessary).
